Play Date
To all the ladies out there who need to escape their monotonous daily life: COME PLAY! Brit Bennett called me today with a great idea to get all the kiddos together each week, let them run wild and we can all just sit back, watch and enjoy some adult interaction. Anyhow, we'll be meeting at the park by the S. Davis Rec Center this Tuesday at 10am. Everyone needs to come! Our kids need friends and so do we! We'll come up with the next week's activity while we're there. See you soon.

The weekend
It was a busy weekend. Matt, Kate, Averi, Nana & Papa were all in town. So...we went boating & went to a baby blessing.
Averi (Matt & Kate's 2 1/2 month old baby), and Kendyl. Aren't they the cutest!
A new family picture! (Why am I always wearing a black dress for these things?)
Matt, Kate,Averi & Great G & G Clark.
Some seriously cuties. Kendyl, Brooklyn, Camryn & Averi
Pizza Factory with Ryan, Ashley & (not pictured), Nana & Great G & G Schenk.
And last but not least. Two Lovers.

Boating Season is Here!
For my birthday last month, Nic surprised me with this AWESOME wakeboard. With the temperature reaching 93 on Monday, we decided it was time to take out the boat and use our new toys. The water at Utah Lake was a FREEZING 62 degrees. Now trust me, I'm not the type to come within 10 feet of water that cold. But, I decided I'd take the chance so I could try out the new board. I thought my lungs were going to implode when I hit the water (yes, I'm dramatic), but it was well worth it. Soon enough, Nic will be able to quit his job with all the sponsor money I'll be bringing in. Ha ha. (Whoopsy Daisy. I forgot to put the memory card back into the camera that day. Hence- no proof of my stellar wakeboard moves)
In other news, Nic and Kendyl are taking a nap right now and I thought they looked really cute. Can you believe how big she is! And yes Nic, you're huge too :)

Back in the Saddle Again...
C & B were pumped to have their jungle gym back after our little getaway.
They got to go to Discovery once again. Their favorite thing is this helicopter. Are they spoiled? Yes. Do I have a life beyond children? Not really. It's a good thing they're cute.
Kendyl had her 4 month appointment the other day (she's over 5 months old...busy office). She's 13lbs. 11oz. and 26" long. My chubby little string bean. I love it.
Camryn & Brooklyn love folding towels and washcloths. They pull them all out of the drawer, re-fold them, and put them away. I'm impressed.

The shortest 8 days ever...
Hawaii was a blast (duh). My parents have a part ownership in a sweet condo just North of Kona and it was so fun to stay there. We were lucky it was available seeing as this trip was scheduled last minute. Anyway, we did the typical Hawaii stuff- beached, layed out at the pool, snorkeled, put on a few pounds, went scuba diving, and just relaxed with the fam. Yes, it was harder with a baby...but not too bad. Yes, one of these pictures was photoshopped. Yes, I got fried.
If you're wondering where the twinners are in these pics- they were at home with Nana and Ashley. Yes, they have the best Nana ever. She flies out from Ohio every time Nic and I need to get away and watches our crazy little girls. She claims she loves it though and the twins are always pumped as can be to get mom and dad out the door so they can have Nana all to themselves. Thank you so much Nana and Ashley for taking a week out of your crazy lives and doing us such a monstrous favor. We love you guys more than you know! If anyone would like to see pictures of THEIR week, go to Ashley's blog. http://www.ryashnelson.blogspot.com
