Under the Sea Fantasy
These beauties performed in a very magical ballet production! The twins were Clown Fish and Kendyl was a Star Fish. I was fighting back the tears when my little ones came on stage. It's just too cute to handle. They've got a ways to go, but I think they are fabulous little ballerinas. Thank you to Grandma, Nana and Ashley for being there to support Camryn, Brooklyn and Kendyl :)

Nixon's party
Nixon Graham sure is loved! He had such a fun little party with lots of cousins, aunts, uncles, Grandparents (even Nana was in town!)and friends. And of course, we're always looking for a reason to throw some dogs on the grill ;)
Sports party! We're preparing Nixon to become a famous athlete (all 18 pounds of him).
To walk, or not to walk......NOT to walk.
Nixon has the coolest Daddy in the world....it's true. And Camryn might be one of the best sisters ever :)
Cute little man and some cute decor. My friend, KelliJo, made the awesome signs :)
Birthday Cake! Nixon (and Grandma) LOVE German Chocolate :)
A Hudson Slam dunk
Party animals. We ate puka dogs and dessert.
Mommy and the Little Guy.
Luckily all these little kids were there to help Nixon open presents. He was just thrilled with the first toy he opened and didn't have much interest in going any further.....(mommy made him, never too early to learn manners ;) ) He got trains, clothes, toys and a basketball hoop.
The messy boy had a little bath in the sink while watching Daddy clean up the back yard.

Mr. Nixter is 1
Happy Birthday Nixon Baby! We are so in love with Nixon. Besides his adorable little smile, chubby cheeks and sweet hair, his personality is fabulous too. Here are a few things I want to remember about my baby boy.
Stats
Weight- 18lbs 9oz (5%)
Length- 29 1/4 (25%)
Head- 18 1/4 (50%)
*He LOVES to nuzzle and hug. If he spots you on the floor, he'll speed crawl to you and nuzzle his head into yours. He does it all day and we love it.
*One way he shows his love is by attacking me. He will claw at my face and neck and pull on my hair. He's so fast and furious, that I usually end up with scratch marks all over by the time I can peel him away. He laughs his head off the whole time I'm saying "NO NIXON!, You're hurting mommy!"
*He loves to say "Uh Oh" every time he drops something.
*His other words are: Nana, Mama, Dada, No no, Yea, Hi
*He is a dancer. The second the music starts, he's rockin.
*He likes going to bed and never cries when he's put into his crib.
*He didn't start sleeping through the night until 11 months. stinker.
*The only toy he needs in life is a little ball to dribble around the house with his hands.
*He likes to stand, but he's too nervous to take any steps yet.
*He's a happy boy and he's pretty independent when he gets a little space from his 4 moms.
*Ya, he has 4 moms. Camryn gets up with Nixon in the morning and plays with him (sometimes the twins even get him out of his crib...yikes). They play with him, give him bottles, carry him around, pull him in the wagon, push him in the stroller, take him down the slides, feed him snacks. I could go on and on, but they honestly make my job a lot easier!
*He's the most perfect baby I could ever hope for and I would pay BIG MONEY if he would stay 11 months old forever.
This is definitely a bitter sweet day for me. Nixon is so fun and precious and it's hard to think he won't be a baby for much longer. Especially since there's a chance my baby years are over. We're going to make sure this little guy has a great birthday though! His party is on Saturday so I'll post pictures when it's over!
Go Bees.......
Camryn & Brooklyn have completed their first year of soccer! Brooklyn LOVED it! She ended up being one of the best players. Camryn was our silly show-off who was more concerned with making us laugh than getting very aggressive with the ball. She was funny, but I don't think Coach Nic saw a whole lot of humor in it. Coaching soccer to a group of girls who would rather catch butterflies and do cartwheels than actually play has definitely tested his patience (don't get me wrong, there were at least 3 who actually tried). But I am SOOO proud of my husband for taking on the challenge to coach such a hard group. The Bees's record was exactly 0 wins and about 16 losses. Hmmmm. Can't wait for next year! All they can do is improve...right!? :)

Adios Training Wheels!
Brooklyn has been waiting and waiting for the weather to get warm so she could take her training wheels off her bike. This little girl does NOT quit. It's her theme in life. She's always on task and she's always doing her best. It took about 3 days of training, then boom....it clicked. She's been riding like a pro ever since and she's PUMPED about it. Little Miss Kendyl is also having fun following her sisters around on her bike :) (youtube videos 2012-05-13_20-13-36_690, 2012-05-13_20-14-18_254) Camryn is very different than Brooklyn. She loves to play, have fun and be silly, but she's not quite as driven to wander out of her comfort zone. Brooklyn convinced her how much better bike riding is without training wheels and we pushed her a little bit. She panicked a bit the first day or two, but just like Brooklyn, it finally clicked today :) She was THRILLED and even passed on eating a sugar cookie so she could stay outside and ride.

The Chinchilla
It all started in 2007 when Bryce left "the plate" on our mantle while we were gone. Since then, there have been lawn ornaments left in our yard, strange gold statues left in our windows, and innapropriate viewing material set to record on our TIVO. Our favorite, however, was our own prank we left in Tammy's backyard the night of her birthday a couple years ago. It was a loud, obnoxious rooster. It started "cock-a-doodle-dooing" at 4am and didn't quit. We still laugh about it.
We were on vacation with the Clark family last week (Nic is making a video of the cruise that will be done as soon as he can organize the 1,500 pictures & videos), and upon returning home and walking up to our bedroom, we were welcomed with a decorated bedroom door. "Welcome Home Charlie!"....pictures and cards taped all over. We opened the door and found a GIANT Chinchilla cage on a table beside our bed. HAHA!! The Chinchilla was immediately taken downstairs so it wouldn't bark at us all night and so the zoo smell could filter out of my room! The girls were pumped to show us the Chinchilla the next morning, and strangely enough, they were ok with me giving the creature away a few hours later (KSL FREE PETS section). I probably could have made some cash, but whatever :)
Props to Matt & Kate for teaming up with Tammy & Britten on this one and getting their hands dirty. And our apologies for getting rid of the animal before our kids became completely attached so we'd have to keep him.....you sly dogs. You'd better keep your doors locked next time you go out of town!!

I needed a pedicure before my trip. I brought the girls with me. They LOVED IT!! $5 to have your kids' nails painted at #1 Nails. Not bad ladies...not bad.
