August This and That

Bee's Game with cousins.  Sleepover in Kendyl's room.  Popsicles at Great Grandma's house.  My TRUE hair.  Driving Miss Daisy.  Beach'n at Pineview.  And a HARD hike without Dad and with a baby up the mountain overlooking the Bountiful temple...it was sort of worth it :)

1st and 4th Grade!

The little girls are growing up so fast.  They are excited for school and I'm certain they will have a great year.  This is the twins' last year at the South Campus elementary.  Can I cry?!  Such little beauties.  I can't stand it.  Mrs. Walters for the twins and Mrs. Poulton for Kendyl (Who is Alli Clegg, my neighbor growing up!)

The cabin

One last hurrah before school starts!  It's always nice to get away to the cabin.  You don't have to get ready.  You wear sweats.  You go on 4-wheeler rides and enjoy nature.  And there are no distractions so you can actually watch a movie together.  The kids love it.  We need to come up here more.

Paradise

This first picture is that time Nic built a gate to keep kids out of the front...and the first thing Calvin did was open it....sigh... The rest of the pics show what we spend the majority of our time doing.  Playing in the backyard!  The possibilities are endless and you can't help but find it a little magical...especially with all the toys dad keeps building.  Check out the Giant Stride!
