Part 2- Disneyland & California Adventure

Let me just start by saying, I have a VERY special place in my heart for Disneyland. Just thinking about Disneyland gets me excited. Obviously, it's a warm, happy, fun place...but my mom and I used to go to Disneyland together each year while I was growing up. Sometimes the whole family would go, sometimes it would be just the girls, but lots of times, it was just my mom and me. Some of my favorite memories! (unfortunately, that tradition was trashed once I got married ;) )

Needless to say, we were all STOKED for Disneyland! All the Sellers were there except for Amy, Avery, Corbin and Oliver. The little cousins were just in Heaven together. Our weather was good and every ride was open except the Matterhorn. It was pretty crowded, but luckily, we had fast passes and baby passes for all the sweet rides. Camryn and Brooklyn were big enough for most of the rides this year. Kendyl went on alot too (including the Toon Town roller coaster). Nixon even went on a bunch. He LOVED Small World!

The twins LOVED Star Tours. We did it both days. We tried to get Kendyl on Splash Mountain, but she was too short :( She probably would have hated it anyway. She and Grandma got Cotton Candy together while we road it. We took B&C on Space Mountain too. Hmmmm....they freaked. Mostly Camryn. You'll notice the picture of the two of us where she's in tears. This was BEFORE we even got on the ride. Her nerves got the best of her and she bawled the whole time. I'm a bad mom. In better news, she said to me the next day, "Mom, I want to ride Space Mountain again." Wow. Unfortunately, we never got around to it. Kendyl's favorite rides were Winnie the Pooh and Tea Cups.

Brooklyn and I road the Tower of Terror with Grandma, Holly and Ella. That ride REALLY get's your stomach. B is such a sport. Nic and Clark took the little ones home early the second day and the rest of us did all the bigger rides. Both nights in a row, I watched the firework show with the twins. One on my shoulders and the other in my arms. I lasted about 15 minutes before I thought my back was going to break! Haha. We loved it though. Camryn especially loved the fireworks.

I would imagine that your girls would be the most fun to take to Disneyland! We're jealous! Looks like a blast!
